North Carolina Program Pays Girls a Dollar a Day Not to Get Pregnant

Are you fricken serious.  Not only is this absolutely ridiculous, its insane.  So not only do we support families who have no ambition in life and stay on welfare, now we give kids money to do what they shouldn't be doing anyway.  Where the hell are parents these days.  Do we really have to bribe kids to not do something.  If lazy ass parents were more involved in their kids life maybe we wouldn't have this problem.  My other question is who is paying for this program.  Is it our tax dollars?  Is it the University of North Carolina at Greensboro thats paying for it?  If so, are they paying for it from donations or are they paying for it with our tax dollars that go to that school?  Either way people in NC should be questioning what next are we going to do to not raise our kids and allow tax payers to foot the bill.  Absolutely ridiculous.  I guess most Americans truly have become completely lazy and rely on handouts to get what they want.
