County Budget Maintains Tax Rate Despite Revenue Shortfalls

I live in Cabarrus County and it's nice to see our commissioners use their heads and make amends to the budget that is in the best interest of the people they serve.  Not only did they adopt a reasonable budget, they identified what needed to take place to make up for the shortfall not by raising taxes but making amends to current projects.  They made smart moves and cuts and by delaying projects they also thought ahead and implemented a 3 year plan.  Kudos Cabarrus County!!
