NASCAR Driver Jeremy Mayfield Fails Drug Test - ABC News

I applaud NASCAR for there handling of this case. If all sports would step up this zero tolerance policy our sports would be better off. MLB suspended one of their stars this week also but only for 50 games but he will still make millions this year. All sports should have a zero tolerance and immediate suspension indefinately carrying a life time ban. I mean if one of the greatest baseball hitters of all tmie, Pete Rose, is banned for life for gambling why can't all sports have a ban for life policy for drugs. The sport obviously survived prior to that athlete coming into the sport and it will survive after they leave. BAN ALL ATHLETES FOR LIFE UNDER INFLUENCE OF DRUGS!!!
